CLASS SCHEDULE

 

Monday  5:30 PM – Kettlebell Conditioning

Whole body workout using kettlebells and body weight exercises.  Tone up and strengthen using different techniques. Great workout to torch fat and lose inches.  All fitness levels welcome.

Wednesday  5:30 PM – Championship Boxing

Train like a professional boxer in a class which will push you like no other. A boxing class which will burn calories and test your conditioning. Have fun as you jab and move through combinations like a Champion Boxer! Test your skill, your conditioning and yourself!

 

Saturday  9:30 AM – Championship Boxing

 

Sunday  12:00 PM – Youth Technical Boxing

Learn the sweet science of boxing in this class targeting children ages 10 – 16. Covering all technical areas from footwork, stance and guard, defense and punches. The principles of discipline and self control will be taught and practiced throughout. Gain confidence and physical endurance during this fun and focused class.
